About Us – Our Air Fryer Journey

Hi and welcome 👋
I’ve always loved cooking, but for years I was searching for a way to make meals that are quick, healthy, and still delicious. When I discovered the Air Fryer, everything changed. From crispy chicken to easy snacks and even desserts(see our Air Fryer Recipes category), it became my favorite kitchen tool.

That’s why I created this site: to share my passion for Air Fryer recipes that are simple, family-friendly, and good for you. Here you’ll find not only recipes, but also kitchen hacks, healthy swaps, and step-by-step guides (explore our Food Trends section) to make your cooking easier.

Linnea is the voice behind this site. A passionate home cook and food blogger, she started experimenting with Air Fryer recipes back in 2019. Her mission is to make cooking less stressful and more fun for families. She focuses on healthy, quick, and budget-friendly meals that anyone can cook at home.

Cristobal Abraham – Recipe Developer

Cristobal is a trained culinary assistant with a love for modern cooking tools. He tests new ideas, experiments with ingredients, and ensures that every recipe we publish is practical, tasty, and easy to follow. He believes that cooking should be creative yet approachable, and his goal is to make every Air Fryer recipe both exciting and foolproof.

Fun fact: his favorite Air Fryer recipe is crispy salmon with lemon and garlic.

Gayle brings a nutrition perspective to our recipes. She helps us design lighter, healthier versions of traditional dishes, perfect for anyone who wants flavor without the guilt. She also shares meal prep tips and cooking hacks to save time in the kitchen.

Her go-to Air Fryer dish? Zucchini fries with homemade yogurt dip.

Every recipe we share goes through a careful process before it reaches you. We follow four main principles:

  • Simplicity – Great food doesn’t need to be complicated. Our Air Fryer recipes use just a few ingredients for maximum flavor, like 3-ingredient snacks or 20-minute dinners. We also love time-saving tools like the Air Fryer or Instant Pot to make cooking stress-free.
  • Quality Ingredients – We focus on fresh, everyday ingredients that are easy to find. Whenever possible, we encourage cooking with whole foods and keeping things minimally processed.
  • Healthy Options – Many of our recipes come with alternatives, so you can adapt them to your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for lighter meals, gluten-free, or high-protein options, we try to give you flexibility.
  • Seasonality – We believe in cooking with the season. From cozy fall Air Fryer treats to light summer meals, we design recipes that feel right for the moment.


Once we have an idea, our team tests the recipe step by step, adjusting until we’re happy with the balance of flavor, health, and simplicity. Most dishes go through several tries before we post them, which means plenty of leftovers for friends and family to taste-test!

We often test multiple recipes in one session, especially using seasonal ingredients. Everything is documented carefully, and once perfected, we turn our notes into a complete blog post—with clear instructions, substitutions, and nutritional details—so you can easily recreate it at home.
